Flunked!

Took my traffic police test for my Class III license and damn.. I had to knock down the outermost pole during parallel parking.

Damn depressing, got hit for 16 points there. If I hadn't made a mistake in there I would have passed already.

McGregor's Hoverbike.. Drooling in Progress

Now tell me, who wouldn't want a hoverbike like those featured on The Island! Damn.. I want one... somebody gimme one!! *schemes*

The Island

Well the post's title says it all, here's my review on the movie The Island that I just watched a few hours ago with my gf.

Its an excellent movie dealing with the themes of cloning and ethics. And there's a Lottery too, where the supposed "winners" get to go to The Island.. the so-called last "pathogen-free place on the Earth". Damn.. what would we do without them microbes?

Nonetheless, I won't do a spoiler here (even though I feel like it.. hah!) but there are several scenes reminiscent of Gattaca and other sci-fi flicks that involve DNA and cloning, etc. All along I thought Scarlett Johansson was some other nubile young thing. WOW.. I was blasted away. She's a babe in this movie and damn.. she's got some great martial arts moves. She can manhandle me anytime.. :p

Ah.. how I wish I was Lincoln Six-Echo. Hahah!!

Managed to catch Wet Dreams 2 yesterday with my GF at the local cinema. Funny show indeed but I found the first movie to be much better. Anyway, here's a poster of the show. Great fun to watch if you're into horny teenage flicks like American Pie.. ahh.. one of my all time favourites!

Crying Out Love In The Middle Of The World

Bleh, decided to post anyway after a long time away from blogger.

Yes people, that's the title of the Japanese movie I just watched last night with my GF. Man.. what a depressing movie. The roles were superbly played by the actors and actresses. Wonderful scenes but a very very moving story. Its good for a tearjerker. Go watch it with someone you love, then you'll learn to appreciate the time you spend with each other.

Remember.. never leave any loose ends in a relationship. If you made a mistake, deal with it and apologise. If you can make things better, do so but never forget the people around you and those that remain dear to you.

Back to the real deal, I'm feeling a little nervous already since my driving test is around the corner.. July 28th! I hope I pass it and finally get my Class III license.. its a wonderful feeling to be holding a driver's license. *grins*
